SPECTACULAR and BEAUTIFUL describes this waterfront home! This completely remodeled home with Central Air Conditioning is beachfront on Cape Cod Bay. This home sits in the dunes with amazing sunset views over the bay and over The Great Marsh in the other direction. Birdwatching, kayaking and seashell collecting are just outside your door. Step into the open and airy great room with vaulted ceilings, a kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. A dining and living area with flat screen TV complete the space surrounded by water views! There are two bedrooms on the first floor ~ 1 Queen and 2 Twins and a shared bath in the hall with a great shower and stacked washer/dryer. There is a lovely wrap around mahogany deck and direct access to the beach below. There is room for storage of bikes or kayaks in the garage. Note: The space above the garage is for owner storage only. Please note: Harmes Way is a packed sand beach road and may have soft sand in certain areas (sides of the roads). **OWNER STORAGE ROOM ABOVE GARAGE * NO Pets Accepted.
