Description

This charming pet friendly 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is spotless with upscale modern Cape Cod decor. Main level has fully equipped eat in kitchen and comfortable living room. This home could work as a 4 bedroom house with two rooms located on the main level, one with a king bed and the second with a futon. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins, along with the second full bathroom. You will stay cool on the hot summer days with 3 window A/C units. (One installed in each of the 3 bedrooms.) Relax in the private back yard with a large deck and outside shower. This is just the start of a great getaway. Take your meal outside to relax with the breeze on cook on the gas grill. Owners stock the garage with items to make the beach even more fun including sand toys, chairs and boogie boards. Washer and dryer are located in the basement to help make your vacation even more convenient. This home is close to everything, yet far enough removed to insure the Cape experience. Come and stay in perfectly, peaceful Eastham. Just .7 miles to Cape Cod Rail Trail.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
