This dog-friendly bright and breezy cottage offers a large center living room with dining area, and bedrooms at each end. Primary bedroom with King Bed plus a second bedroom with 2 twins. Newly remodeled bathroom. It's a short drive to the fresh water ponds, Audubon trails, shopping and restaurants of Wellfleet. The National Seashore is a 3-mile drive and the owners provide use of their pass for guest use. Private and a perfect location for your dream vacation. Beautiful spot! Great location with so many scenic places to visit! Beaches were beautiful, sunsets stunning, rail trail easily accessible!

Our owners hire their own cleaning crews, but we will let the owners know right away so they can get this handled. Regarding the information, we do ask that the owners post the trash, recycling and internet information in a noticeable location. We will look into this right away and make sure it is posted properly. Let us know if you plan to come back to the Cape next summer. We would to help you again. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
