Description

This 2,300 square foot, 3 bedroom house has been designed for you to enjoy a private setting as well as a great gathering place. This is not your typical house. Enjoy your privacy while having the luxury of plenty of space to share with your nearby friends and family. Every bedroom opens onto an outside patio. Ample parking. The big outdoor grill is connected to the house gas line, so no need to ever change gas tanks. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Open floor plan allows great flow from living room, dining room, kitchen and screened porch. In addition to cable TV, we have paid subscription channels that include Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime and Peacock.

It is a short (2/10th of a mile) walk down a sandy road to a beautiful private swimming bay beach. Check out the photo from the top of our associations' staircase. Also an easy walk to Campground beach. Wellfleet is 10 minutes north, and Provincetown is 25 minutes north. The National Seashore Ocean beaches are within 10 minutes.

Home includes a huge outdoor shower with dressing space, beach equipment (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc), and games for indoors and out, wi-fi and a 300 square foot screened porch. Three outdoor patios surrounded by pleasing gardens.

The National Seashore Ocean beaches are within 10 minutes. We are 5 minutes from a drive-in movie theater, the Audubon Preserve and the National Seashore Visitor Center and Museum.

The home includes 3 window air conditioning units.

Regarding accessibility:

The main floor of the house is accessible with a ramp from the driveway to the front door. Ramp is ADA compliant regarding grade. The front door has a sill that is 3.5" up from landing. Interior is 1.5" from sill to floor.

Kitchen cabinets are under the counter except for only 1 overhead cabinet. Oven is a wall oven with the handle being 38" from the floor. The kitchen, dining room, living room master bedroom and large screened porch are all on the main floor. All of the rooms are airy, not tight with furniture; plenty of room to move around furniture.

The master bedroom bed has quite a bit of space on one side. Master bedroom has a shower stall 60" X 31" including a built in bench seat, removable shower bench and handheld shower head.

The backyard patio with grill, outdoor shower and lower floor of the house can all be accessed by going out the front door and around to the back of the house. The outdoor shower is very large. The second patio is accessible from the front of the house.

Of concern: Unfortunately, the deck-in-the-sky is not accessible. While the front door is 33" wide, the interior door openings are all 27.5". We still need to install rails in the bathroom toilet and shower.

We have created a book full of our favorite places to go, thing to do and where to eat. It also has emergency information such as the local hospital. The house has a keyless entry so there is no need for you to pick up any keys. Kitchen: We are fine with your using anything in the kitchen, That includes the coffee filters, the wooden skewers, spices, paper products and anything that is left in the refrigerator. Paper Products: We stock the house with toilet paper, but not other products such as paper towels or napkins. . It is traditional on Cape Cod for renters to bring their own linens. You will need linens for 2 queen and 1 king bed. If you rent we can recommend The Furies Linen Rentals.
