The villa is situated in a very nice and quiet residential area near the city centre or you will have the possibility to admire the ramparts of the Portuguese city.
You have the possibility to do your shopping either in supermarkets nearby (5 minutes), or because of his friendly side, making knowledge of the Jdidis by buying in small shops around the villa.
Charming villa on 2 levels with Moroccan traditional architecture including the quality of the reception is the watchword of this refined and harmonious residence.
The coastal location, allows to be halfway between Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Essaouira...
The composition of this House is on the ground floor by a kitchen giving access to a terrace where you will find the barbecue, dining room, 2 living rooms and a large bathroom with storage closet...
Upstairs, you will find 2 living rooms (including 1 large), 2 rooms (very spacious 1) with wall cupboards as well as a bathroom and separate toilet cabinet.
All complemented by a small garden overlooking the terrace and bypassing the House.
