Master bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with 2 singlebeds. Main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.
Living area with timber floors, TV, DVD, WIFI with Chrome Cast and stereo adjoins small deck, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher opens onto covered deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
Laundry downstairs with w/machine & dryer, outdoor shower, double carport and off street parking
One of a pair-modern three bedroom beach house-ideal for two families or the larger group.
Mobile Phone coverage in the area is supported by Telstra and Optus networks.
Unfortunately if you have a Voda phone then there is little to no reception in the area.
