Description
White Pearl Beach resort is located in Elviria area, less then one hundred meters from a quiet sandy beach with beachfront restaurant. The area is permanently bathed in the warm sun, so the shadow of tall palms and other trees in the resort maight by fine too. Within walking distance there is a good selection of shops (including nonstop and supermarket), bars and restaurants (including Spanish tapas, British, Italian, Indian, Oriantal and seefood cuisine). Nearby also a variety of beaches, golf courses, Nikki Beach Club, ten minutes of driving to Marbella and another 5 to Puerto Banus, the best entertainment centre in the Costa del Sol, the prime party spot.
To the international airport of Malaga with car rentals it is only 40 kilometers, about half an hour by car. Advantageous position for trips to Southern Spain, from the Strait of Gibraltar to the Sierra Nevada mountains. Elviria hills (La Mairena and El Soto) offer views of the Sierra Nevada, the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the African coast.
We offer year-round rentals of fuly furnished extra large apartment on the coast of Spain, famous Costa del Sol. The apartment has a large lounge area, two standard bedrooms and one small extra bedroom accessible from the main one, 2 bathrooms with the toilets, one extra toilet, fully equiped kitchen and an utility room with washing maschine and iron. South oriented terrace with outside sitting set. A superior layout and equipment in a secure resort providing all the comfort and accessibility. Beautiful sun-drenched area of Elviria, Marbella, easily accessible from Malaga International Airport.

“Worst apartment in the best development”
The location was fantastic opposite the beach and the development was lovely with 3 pools and very family friendly. The apartment needs updating and the fixtures and furniture is very cheap, very old and desperately needs replacing. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and we were a last minute booking due to a family crisis. If possible, I would of spent more money and stayed in an upper floor apartment with a view of the pool. This is a dark ground floor apartment. I would urge the owner to invest in this property as it is a good size in a great location. Even the “new bathroom” shower head doesn’t work and no one is going to use the other bathroom! You can’t lock the living room patio doors so only way is a chain and padlock around the metal gates. The apartment feels dirty and there are pipe flies everywhere, although they don’t bite they must be coming up the drains so we put all plugs in sinks. Very average and a bit grim to be honest. If the owner spends £5000 euros on the place it would be a great place to stay.

“Poor to average at best .”
The good stuff first ... the location is excellent ... 100 metres to white pearl beach , 30 metres to the privite pools and beautifully kept gardens. 10/15 minute walk uphill to good restaurants bars and shops ...... all pricey given there location . Beach bar is Only a 4 minute stroll away . But that’s were it ends. The apartment it’s self is poor and outdated and sparsely furnished with old Ikea furniture . There is a damp smell in the apartment in general but particularly out of the old wardrobes . The cockroaches that paid us a visit on a few occasions didn’t help . The Half bedroom off the master is nothing more than converted outdoor space and useless unless you want to put the cot into it... but with sliding glass doors either side of it makes it hot uncomfortable and stuffy . The master bed is a 4’6’’ double from Ikea..., old and very uncomfortable .... we attribute most of the bites we got from this . Everything is old and well used and We doubt the owners ever use it themselves . I could go on ! We visit this area once every two years and have done for the past 25 so know it really well and this is the worst apartment we have stayed in . If your a young family and only staying for a week well it will just about do if your not fussy.. BTW The location is 5 star..... The Apartment 2 Average is 3 J Ps the photo of the inside of the kettle is just one small example .

“Perfect location for beach side holiday at Elviria”
Lovely spacious apartment, well shaded and cool. Slightly musty smell requires early ventilation. WiFi not working, but great TV choice. Bed clothes need replacing. Otherwise, a perfect location from which to enjoy the beaches of Elviria.

“Elviria white pearl beach”
Lovely clean apartment with plenty of space. Excellent pool and gardens. Will book again. Good access to beach and local restaurants. Short walk to supermarket and other facilities.
