A beautiful, fully air conditioned duplex penthouse apartment in a secure private complex located in Elviria.
The top floor master bedroom has an oak super king size bed and cabinets together with fitted wardrobes and a beautiful travertine tiled en-suite with corner bath and twin sinks. This spacious bedroom leads out onto its own private balcony with sea view.
The lower floor has a large lounge & dining area with stylish leather sofas, HD smart TV (WIFI Internet), and a four seater dining table.
The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and is equipped with crockery, cutlery & glassware for all your self catering needs. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine.
Also on the lower floor is the second bedroom with twin beds; which can be clipped together and a large built in wardrobe.
Adjoining is the travertine tiled family shower room.
One of the best features of this luxury apartment is the large & very private south facing balcony equipped with an umbrella, sun beds & 4 seater dining table.
Comfortably sleeping 4 with space & privacy ( a travel cot is also available in the master bedroom), this beautiful apartment has been our perfect family holiday home for 19 years. The private enclosed grounds offer total peace of mind with four large swimming pools & a couple of toddler pools which are patrolled by life guards during the high season.
The beach is a 15 minute stroll away with numerous restaurants & bars overlooking the Mediterranean. There is also a wide selection of restaurants, takeaways and bars within 400m of the complex and a large supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, and fresh bread and also many recognisable food brands.
In the forest area next door the newly opened Amazon adventure offers challenging fun for the whole family up in the pine trees.
If you want to explore the area; Marbella is 15 minutes drive, Puerto Banus 20 minutes and the lovely Cabopino marina is less than 10 minutes. Taxis are always available in the shopping area so you don't need a car. Transfer time from Malaga airport is 30 minutes.
We can arrange airport pick up and drop off for an extra charge.
