MEDLOCK VILLAS DUBAI: This latest addition is our best so far, offering everything premium but the price. Located beside a beautiful lake with play area for children this villa is a popular choice for those looking for a relaxing location with scenic walkways.
Located just off Sheikh Zayed Road and only 10 mins away from Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Marina, and only 15 mins away from the world famous Palm Jumeirah & Ibn Batutta shopping mall this villa makes the perfect base for any family or group holiday in Dubai.
The Premium villa comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms and is the largest of all our villas in terms of living space,with an extended living and dining area, a private garden with private swimming pool, covered outdoor seating area, BBQ and an open plan lounge and dining area to comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests including children.
To the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a large King Size Bed with your very own LCD TV, complete with en-suite bathroom and an outdoor terrace, which overlooks the garden and swimming pool area and a security safe. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a large double bed overlooking the front of the villa. The third bedroom provides two single beds which also overlook the front of the villa. The fourth bedroom also on the first floor provides a sofa bed with LCD TV, can easily be converted from a first floor living room a bedroom if required.
Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath towels and toiletries are provided as standard. To the ground floor the open plan lounge area provides seating for up to 8 guests, and the extended dining area which also offers seating for 8 guests, a large fully equipped kitchen and a ground floor WC.
The fully equipped kitchen provides a great area to cook and prepare your own meals with the provision of all crockery and cutlery items.
Both the dining area and kitchen lead out onto the clean grassed garden which hosts an outdoor dining area, a stunning floor level swimming pool, Jacuzzi and brick BBQ. Sun lounges are also provided along with luxury Egyptian cotton beach towels at your disposal. To get you started Medlock Villas offers a great welcome pack which includes various breakfast items to get your family holiday off to a flying start.
Also included is weekly maid service as well as television with satellite channels and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.
