Description

The secure Las Dunas Green luxury apartments are situated close to Estepona, and within easy reach of Puerto Banus and Marbella.

The first floor apartment has its own car parking space (no 30) and is easy to get to using the stairs or its lift, for disabled and less abled.

The open planned design, spacious rooms and terrace with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it's wonderful views, create an airy and relaxed feel. The apartment is professionally and tasteful furnished, ensuring comfortable, yet laid back holiday dwelling to suit all holidaymakers, be it young professionals looking for some warm sunshine and fun or for the family holiday - the pool has a very shallow end, ideal for youngsters while the deeper end is great for diving and swimming.

The Complex is quiet and a perfect get away for those wishing to relax and "recharge their batteries".

How do damage deposits work?

If Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
