It is situated in Estepona on the New Golden mile, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. Adjacent to the main promenade in Estepona and a two minute walk to the wide sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a cocktail while lounging on your sunbed. Air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Attractive gardens and allocated parking space.

Estepona is a charming traditional Spanish village with a lively old port with a large choice of restaurants.

“Exactly what we were looking for.”

This was our 3rd stay in various parts of Estepona and for us it was the best. As you walk through the door you are contronted with a magnificent view of the sea. On a clear day you can see Gibralter and the coast of Africa. Through the garden gate (just a few moments from the apartment) you can turn left for a lovely walk with views of the sea on your right,or,turn right and walk to the promenade and into the old town or maybe on to the port. The apartment is the perfect size for 4 persons and if you need to shop Carrefours is about a 5 minute walk. Have already recommended the apartment to two friends. Finally, I must say the owner was extremely helpful throughout the booking experience particularly during Covid. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

“Absolutely up there with the best rentals we have ever been in”

This apartment was absolutely amazing both in style and location. The view was breathtaking, from the lounge, one of the bedrooms and the terrace and exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, smart and close to Carrefour and some lovely chiringuitos - Bikini Beach, Palm Beach and of course Estepona centre where you can find lovely restaurants and bars, shops etc in the beautiful squares and side streets. I would absolutely recommend this apartment with no hesitation, the owner was always available throughout the booking process and whilst staying there. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to use your apartment.

First time in Estepona the apartment is in a wonderful position easy walk to beach supermarket behind and amazing views over the sea.apartment very well stocked and very comfortable.collecting key from management company quite difficult especially when it is your first time to the area but we got them eventually.lots of English channels. “Fantastic front line apartment”

The location is great. Overlooking the Med with a view of Gibraltar, and on a clear day Africa. You can hear the waves gently crashing against the rocks below as you open another Cerveza on the Balcony - which is super spacious, and well equipped with a nice 4 piece lounge set, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.Being more or less South facing - it gets the sun for most of the day. Inside the apartment is cool, spacious and really nicely done. It has the feel of a villa, despite being a 2nd floor flat. 4 of us stayed there - plenty of room; great communal areas with nice sofas and TV set up, and I've thought that you could fit up to 6 in fairly comfortably. The flat is really well stocked - lots of crockery, cooking stuff, glassware etc and the bedding / towel situation is all as you'd expect. It backs out onto the Carrefour supermarket - so that's perfect for keeping the fridge stocked - but because that's around the back it doesn't feel at all intrusive. A few minutes walk and down a few steps, and you're onto the promenade - with bars, restaurants and good value beach clubs all within easy reach. Would totally recommend a stay at Punta Plata Beach to anyone looking to visit Estepona for quality accommodation in an outstanding location.
