Description
Delightful one bedroom garden apartment in the traditional pueblo style Bena Vista complex between San Pedro and Estepona.
The property enjoys a secluded walled garden, modern fully equipped kitchen, 32" flat screen satelite TV and air conditioning. From 1st April 2019 the apartment will have an internet connection.The apartment has two single (2 M long) beds in the bedroom and a Queen size "put-you-up" sofa in the lounge so will comfortably sleep up to four large adults. The complex has a full size and well maintained residents pool and access to Golf, Lawn Bowls, Tennis and Childrens Playground. It is served by many local shops and a variety of restaurants. A bus stop outside the complex connects Malaga and Estepona, and beyond.
Excursions may be arranged, on the complex, to many towns and cities of historical interest

“Ok för en vecka”
Välstädat, bra utrustad äldre lägenhet. Tyvärr fungerade inte AC, gav ingen kyla alls. Heller ingen internet i lägenheten. Plus för byte av handdukar under veckan.

“Garden appartment”
Clean and tidy. Well located. Well equipped and great garden. Just let down by faulty air con unit which was not fixed whilst we were there

Response from the owner So sorry Alexandru was disappointed with our apartment. We made it clear that checkin time was 3.00pm and he arrived just after mid day, too early for the cleaners to finish. The apartment was ready at 3.00pm. I questioned both the cleaners about the smell of mould and neither of them could distinguish any smell of mould. We have had several clients this year and not one has complained about the mould. We had a problem with Alexandru's booking, he wanted us to allow him pay at the apartment and we refused. He then tried to pay us directly circumventing tripadvisors payment methods, we again refused. I think these comments are an attempt at punishing us for not dealing direct with him.

“Lovely complex”
This was my second time at this apartment and it's a lovely place. A friend has a place in same complex so it's great for us when a lot of us go at same time. It's close to shops,restaurants and good night life. You don't even need car hire as you can get a bus from airport then a taxi to Benavista and you are close to bus stops to travel either direction.
