Description
Beautiful two bedroom apartment (98 sqm) located in an exclusive front line beach resort [Sinfonia del Mar], with magnificent terraces and set in a peaceful tropical garden, with gates giving direct access to the beach.
There is a large infinity pool (200sqm and 1.2 – 3.0m deep) with ample sunbeds and paved areas so that you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The apartment with marble flooring throughout enjoys luxury quality fittings and has a stunning panoramic view from all rooms . Both bedrooms have sea view directly from the bed.
A couple of beach bars & restaurants within 15 minutes' walk along the beach. Remote control operated underground parking space, with easy access to apartment, perfect for children buggies or wheelchairs.
The spacious combined living room and dining room contains soft, comfortable corner sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player, dining table with seating for six and full width patio doors, with uninterrupted sea views.
High-speed fiber internet connection
Bedrooms have sliding patio doors leading to the terrace, roller blinds, dressing area and build-in generous wardrobes with drawers.
Bathrooms are tastefully designed with double vanity basins, hair dryer, one with enclosed shower, other with bath/shower and bide, all marble tiled with under floor heating throughout. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
The kitchen is fitted with Bosh appliances and all marble worktops and contains integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. Outlook to living/ dining area and on towards the sea
The apartment has fully air condition /heating, with individual temperature control for all rooms
The terrace is very spacious (80 sqm) and enjoys privacy and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar. Has high quality dining furniture and sunbeds, perfect for the sunny days and balmy evenings.

“The most beautiful place on Costa del Sol”
The apartment was perfect as I was expecting: very spacious with a nice view of the beach, a kitchen very well equipped and the confort was simply remarkable. The sun shines all day long on the terrace and the swimming pool offers a nice place to relax. Best places to eat: El Cazador and La Taberna de Lucia, both in Estepona harbour. Don't miss a trip to Gibraltar! The place is ideal for couples, family with kids or even elder people.

“Great stylfull cosy apartment!”
Owner very helpful with information about apartment & surrounding area. Great apartment, good, modern interior, big terrace with view on sea. Area nearby very nice. Beaches nearby, quite and clean. Good beach restaurant nearby. Also nearby Puerto la Duquesa with very nice harbour and lots of very nice, cosy restaurants.
