Description
This lovely townhouse is situated within the exclusive urbanisation Belgravia with direct access to the Estepona Marina and the famous El Cristo Beach. This gated urbanisation consists of townhouses and a few apartments set in the grounds of a colonial style villa, previously the residence of the Ambassador of Morocco. The pool provides a relaxing atmosphere, with sun loungers, tables and chairs and communal barbecue area.
You enter the house into the first of two spacious lounges. This lounge is bright and airy with large French doors opening onto a large south facing terrace with an awning (shade), dining table to seat 6 (8 with provided extra chairs) and two sun-beds. This terrace overlooks a small 'orange square' and has partial views of the Marina and the Mediterranean Sea.
Down a flight of stairs is the fully equipped kitchen, which opens out into the large second lounge/dining room which has a TV with PlayStation 3 and a table for seating 6. Here is also a nice sofa arrangement. The French doors here leads directly on a further terrace and the gardens.
The two upper levels contains the air conditioned bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath, and a twin bedroom. Next to the twin bedroom is another bathroom also with shower, WC, bidet and basin. The top floor contains a double bedroom with a/c and with views to the Mediterranean. This view extends to Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Africa on the clear and sunny days. The top floor also contains a private sun roof terrace.
The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hobs, full oven and grill. There is a secure parking within the grounds. The apartment is just a stones throw from the lovely port of Estepona where a wealth of bars and restaurants can be found. Also within a 3-4 minutes walk are 2 supermarkets, Supersol and OpenCor.

“Amazing!”

“Family Holiday”
We had such a lovely time at the Belgravia Cluub, Henrik the owner was very informative of everything we needed to know and answered any questions very quickly. The Villa had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. The pool and the pool area is lovely. Will be booking again

“Great location!”
We have just returned from a great stay, the villa is a good size and with teenagers, having 2 lounge areas it worked really well. The kitchen appears to have been recently refitted and has everything that you could need with great appliances. The bathrooms are showing signs of wear and tear (hence 4 stars not 5) but the showers work well and there was always hot water. The location is really good, only a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. On several days we walked along the paved walkway at the beach for over 5 miles stopping at various bars and restaurants along the way. We would love to return.

Response from the owner Yes, I agree that last spring and summer the nearby El Cristo beach suffered from the construction work between the beach and the road. This building work stopped in August 2019, and consequently you will again be able to enjoy one of the best beaches in Andalucia, and this is the beach located only a short walk from Belgravia Club.
