Description

Villa La Recalada is a fantastic villa with over 370sqm and a totally secluded location. No neighbourghs overlooking the property. A lovely south facing outdoor area with a large 4x8m private pool. Sunbeds and parasols. This is a spacious villa with several living areas. Great terrace to relax in, a garden with orchard.The villa has five bedrooms. Two large ensuite bedrooms with doublebeds at the topfloor. One large ensuite with doublebed at the lower level, and two bedrooms with two singlebeds also at the lower Level. Sleeps up to 10 people in the beds. In addition we have three folding exstrabeds and a cot so the max total comes up to 14.There is two large livingrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, several outside and inside dining areas, a diningroom. Five bedrooms and five spacious bathrooms with toilets, showers and bathtubs. Large terrace with sitting area and dining table. Perfect for relaxing on the afternoon. The property also have a nice orchard with lots of oranges, lemons, grapefruits, lime, figs, mangos etc. Just pick and eat the best fruit ever.There is only a five minute drive to the wonderful beaches and to the center of lovely Estepona. And only a very short distance to many world class golf courses.A perfect family holiday location.***villaestepona**
