This luxury, colonial villa is the largest in the valley.
Totally private and with electric gates, it boasts rambling lawned gardens, private pool, private jacuzzi and tropical gardens.
Upon arrival, enjoy a totally complimentary, fully stocked, pool side bar... including spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks.
Perfect for children to play,
Perfect for guests to enjoy quite, secluded areas in the shade,
Perfect for Yoga and meditation practise on the lawns,
Perfect for guest games.
Ample sun loungers are available both on the lawns and around the pool.
The upper lawn houses football goal nets with the option to pitch the badminton court net. The lawns and back terrace house the pool table and table tennis/ping pong table.
Multiple terraces mean guests can opt to laze by the pool,
or
by the jacuzzi side with TV1,
or
at the pool side chiringuito with bar, BBQ and TV2,
or
on the upper terraces and outside the garden apartment suite.
The villa is located within minutes of the brand new fantastic Valle Romano golf course, driving range and Club house, with fantastic restaurant and bar.
The Urbanisation has it’s own resident Venta, with BBQ, restaurant , bar and occasional live music, only 2 mins by car.
The layout of the villa and gardens is perfect for small weddings and receptions (marques look fantastic in the gardens) !
