“Can't wait to come back!” This house was huge and it was stocked with everything you could need. From pool floats, to a grill, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to bicycles, you won't be bored! Bob and Elayne were excellent, giving tips on what to do and where to go and great communicators. The pool was fantastic and the dock was perfect for my husband to fish from. We can't wait to go back!

“Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have. “Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. “Amazing Experience !” From the moment I walked in I was amazed the pictures do no justice. Ver spacious, great location, very close to the beach :) items in the home were the topping on the cake from sand castle building to umbrella and chairs! “A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“If you want an awesome getaway without having to leave the property for fun...this is your place!” This home has an awesome dock for fishing, boat lift, swimming pool, sandy beach with beach chairs, kayaks and completely fenced in property in case you want to bring your pet with you. “Terrific location” My wife and I had rented this villa two years ago and returned this year for February. Although we could see the signs of two years of wear and tear, we thoroughly enjoyed Villa Dolphin again. It's southern exposure and wide water view makes the lanai the perfect spot to hang out all day. The river is just 15 minutes by boat and the boat was terrific...the best we have rented in 5 years. One disappointment..the GPS advertised in the boat was unreadable in the daylight but we know the area and it was not a problem for us. The management was responsive to the few small requests that we had. We highly recommend Villa Dolphin.

“Great Location to Beaches- Quiet Getaway” My husband and I have previously lived in Southwest Florida and have been trying to get back for a vacation for a few years now. This house was perfect for our needs. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our kids ages 12, 10, and 5 had a great time! Our only minor complaint was with the pool. It was pretty chilly since it is solar heated. My kids still got in, but it was too cold for my husband and I. The management team made everything very easy for us. We would like to visit again!
