This is a family owned property in the parish of Trelawny, Jamaica. It is conveniently located just off the main North Coast Highway at Falmouth, approximately 25 minutes from Montego Bay & 40 minutes from Ochos Rios.
The property itself is within a quiet Cul-de-Sac, in a 24 -hour secure gated community.
It features 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathroom. together with a large outdoor verandah including table & chairs, with all the usual equipment inside you would expect including: Flat screen tv's with Cable in the living room & Main bedroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing Machine & off street parking.
This home is perfect for that home from home experience & great for exploring local beautiful beaches (great for swimming and Para Surfing); river tubing at White River; climb the famous Dunns River Falls - Sky Explorer, the Bob sledge Ride, the Canopy Zip Line and the unique Mystic Water slide at Mystic Mountain; swim with bottle-nose dolphins at Dolphin Cove.
Enjoy the beautiful calm waters of Doctor`s Cave Beach; Martha Brae River rafting experience is one not to be missed; The former English-style sugar plantation Rose Hall Great House is a great historical visits.
