Great house for your next family vacation! Large enough to fit 2 families comfortably. Looking for a place to stay when you are on the Cape for a wedding? Planning a fall golf weekend? Maybe a girls weekend away full of relaxing by the pool, wine tasting and a great seafood dinner? The house works great for all these groups along with groups of up to 10 adults or 8 adults and 4 children.
During the summer, you will love the sandy beaches in Falmouth except on those lazy days spent floating around the 16' x 32' in-ground heated pool. When everyone needs to get cleaned up for dinner at the same time, you will appreciate the 3 showers including a large, enclosed hot & cold water outdoor shower (w/ changing area). The on-demand heating system provides unlimited hot water so everyone in your group can take a shower after a long day at the beach or poolside. The fenced-in backyard provides plenty of space for kicking around a soccer ball, playing wiffle ball or just running around.
Escape the summer heat and enjoy a peaceful night sleep courtesy of the individually-controlled A/C units in the 3 largest bedrooms (#1-3 below). The home went through a large renovation in 2013, with refinished wood floors, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliance, newly added full bath downstairs and much more!

The in-ground heated pool stays at a toasty warm 80 degrees all summer. Need to keep the kids entertained in the morning while you enjoy your morning coffee and wake up? You will appreciate the 50" flat-screen TV with Xfinity cable providing thousands of on-demand shows & movies. If you enjoy large group dinners, there is plenty of room for everyone at the large dining room table with seating for 10 people.
When you need a break from the sun or a quiet place to eat your breakfast, you will love the covered patio overlooking the pool. There is a gas grill to help you create amazing dinners with fresh Cape Cod seafood. The garage contains a foosball table for lots of family fun.
Save the hassle (and room in your car) by utilizing the high chair and pack n' play that are provided for young children.
Small dogs are welcome with owners prior approval, for a pet fee of $20/day up to a max of $100/stay.
Come experience all the wonders of Falmouth, with its numerous beaches, restaurants & bars and Cape Cod Winery. Cape Cod Children's Museum in Mashpee is about 6 miles away.
There are many golf courses throughout the Cape and this is a great house for golf weekends. Falmouth Country Club (public course, 27 holes) is less than a mile away and there are countless others within a short drive. You can catch the ferry out to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket just a few miles from the house as well.
The closest public beach is Menauhant Beach, which is 3.0 miles away. There are several others just a short drive, 4-6 miles away.
There is something for everyone in Falmouth. Come experiences the joys of the Cape for yourself.
