Description

The Molletero holiday home is an ancient olive oil mill from the 17th century which has been completely renovated in 2014 into a luxurious residency in an exotic garden where luxury and authenticity meet. The luxurious bathrooms, the bedrooms with comfortable box springs, the modern fully equipped kitchens and the extra large swimming pool with relaxing island and jets stand for the luxury. The antique stone olive oil containers, the authentic wells, the original olive deposits and the stone fence constitute the authentic character of the house.

Main House: 8 bedrooms, 4,5 bathrooms

Guesthouse: 1 bedroom, 1 mezanine, 1 bathroom

Guesthouse is obligated for groups with more than 21. Additional cleaning fee charged.

Guesthouse is optional for smaller groups.(Ask for price)

The villa has 8 bedrooms and has 22 beds in total.

22 beds :

1 bunk bed (2 persons)

15 boxsping beds (15 persons)

1 double bed (2 persons)

3 folding beds (3 children)

The villa has 4 full bathrooms and 1 seperate toilet.

We also have a guesthouse on the same property, though completely seperated from the main house, that can be rented in addition to the main villa.

It has 1 full bathroom , an open kitchen and 1 large bedroom, 1 open attic and sleeps max 7.

Althought public transportation is available in the village the easiest way to get around is by car.

We, the owners live next door and offer you your privacy but will gladly assist you in any matter. If wanted we can make reservations in restaurants, for boat trips etc . Tourist info is available on site but we will be happy to guide you if you want.
