Kitchen: Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stove cooktop, Over-the-counter Convectional Microwave Oven, Fridge-Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Blender, Pots & Pans, Cooking/eating utensils, Iron, Ironing-board, Ice-Bucket, Wine Glasses, Dining Table with chairs.
Unit has a fully equipped full-size kitchen.
Living room has a 70-inch smart TV and a comfortable sofa group.

Only a one-time registration fee of $49+tax pp is applicable and includes; One green fee round on each of the below courses (weekdays anytime & weekends after 11 am). You only pay a member cart/fee of $26+tax per person at the course. Courses included: Falcons Fire, Ridgewood Lakes, Orange Lake, International Club at Deer Island, Grenelefe, and Orange County National (courses vary throughout the season, and rates are subject to change. SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING:
- We provide 2 twin down comforters for the two king-size beds and 1 twin down comforter for each one of the two twin-size beds.
- We provide 4 pillows for each one of the king-size beds and 2 pillows for each one of the two twin-size beds. (that means 2 pillows per person)
- We use duvet sheets that go around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival. Therefore we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet covering the comforter is the fitted top sheet.
For Special Events or Holidays please inquire first and do not instant book to confirm price, availability and options.
Please make sure you have seen floorplan and understand layout, furnishing and size of unit.
We allow max 2 adults and 4 children for one family only. Unit is not set up for multiple adults, multiple couples or more than one family since unit is 550sf.
BED SET-UP:
Please reach out to our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 2 days prior to your arrival with your preferred bed-set-up (if you are singles or couples/king beds vs twin beds).
IMPORTANT NOTE regarding CHECK-IN:
Please do not just show up and expect to be checked in since this is a private home.
We always try to be flexible on check-in and check-out whenever possible. It all depends on when previous guests check-out, maintenance needing to be done, and when future guests arrive.
CHECK-IN
Normal check-in is at around 5 pm or later for your arrival.
This is a private home we do have lots of cleaning to be done and maintenance preparation that needs to be done before you can check-in. We may also have guests checking out the same day you are arriving, so the earliest we can check you in is normally at 5 pm since we need enough time to prepare and clean the home for you. If you are arriving earlier than 5 pm and have a rental car we suggest you keep your luggage in your rental car until 5 pm when we can check you in.
Most important is that our home needs to be completely clean and ready for you before anyone can be allowed inside the gate. We cannot let anyone onto the property before your 5 pm check-in. It is our goal to give you as our guest the best first impression. Thank you for understanding.
CHECK-OUT
Normal check-out is at 11 am so we can prepare home for future guests. You can check with our home caretaker in the morning of your departure to see if she can get you a slightly later check-out at noon for instance (if available). Thank you for understanding.
