Enjoy spectacular ocean views and breathtaking sunsets in this 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, second-row, private home. The home is designer furnished and strikingly decorated throughout. Guests who enter the home on the 1st level will find the billiards room, the perfect place to challenge your opponent to a game of pool. For those wishing to sit back and relax, just a few steps up to the main level of the home, you will enjoy all the comforts the media room has to offer! Equipped with surround sound and large flat-screen television, enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event in luxury. Put your feet up and unwind with a good book or in the home's quiet living area overlooking the pool also located on this level of the home. Just a few more steps up to the 3rd level, the large gourmet kitchen, complete with two ovens, is a chef’s dream come true! The kitchen opens to a spacious living and dining area.
The bedrooms (located on the 2nd and 3rd level) are set up with a king master, 2 king guests, 2 queen guests, 1 guest with a full, and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. This private home is perfect for accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably. For those not wishing to climb the stairs, this home is equipped with an elevator. This house does have many great features to offer and the views of the ocean are certainly 1 of them. The rooftop deck is one of the best spots to enjoy these views. Although the rooftop wet bar area is private space, there is a wet bar and beverage cooler in the media room for guest use as well as a wine cooler in the kitchen to provide for additional beverages.
