25 years ago i fell in love with the country and the girl, but now with a son in school in the US i can't be there so you may as well be, better than sitting empty. this is my home in SD it's not a business, many of these rentals are. my sister in law, accountant, is my manager in SD and she will be happy to assist you with the apt. or any business you have in the DR. she is very and bright and knows the "right" people, up to and including the president.
