“Very nice and comfortable” I stayed for a week in this hotel with my girlfriend, all very nice, great decor, great building, great service, clean, quiet and safe. The swimming pool is located on the 12th floor is really beautiful with a view of the sea. In the evening, the multiplex cinema located in the shopping plaza beneath the building is an extreme comfort, with an elevator to get there. Excellent choice recommend it. Alex Paris

“Visit in the middle of a storm” This is a very nice quiet and safe place to stay. Transportation is provided and privacy is guaranteed! It was central to downtown, the tourist sites, and authentic restaurants. The apartment comes with aC and English cable... The hosting family is very hospitable and you can't beat this deal for the price.

“The Best Vacation stay in 15 years” upon arrival I was picked up at the airport, Donald was prompt and courteous. the apt was clean and comfortable, but the service I received from Donald was above and beyond. Donald and his wife are lovely people. every time I return to RD I will stay with Donald. the location is within walking distance to the sea. everything I needed was close by, Donald even took me to get food the first night! I loved the location. 10 minute walk to the aquarium. there is a bodega on the corner that has almost everything you need. there is also laundry facilities on the property. I do not speak Spanish , so he translated for me. Wifi was always on, even when the power was out. there was power in my room. I cooked many meals in the room. well furnished kitchen. above all else I still enjoyed my privacy. I will recommend this property to any one who wants a local experience. also the cost was affordable. I got to see a lot of things that I would not have been able to see staying in other places. Thank you Donald for a great 8 1day stay. see you soon. next time it will be a honeymoon. I forgot to mention there is constant hot water.

“Spectacular” I abosolutely loved this place,if you like the way it looks in the photos,expect more,it's big and spacious,and the cherry on the cake, is the housekeeper/cook "Dani" We all fell in love with her,She's an excellent cook, and kept the condo spotless. I almost shed a tear, when we left. What I wouldn't do to have a Dani in the states. I also can't say enough about Mitch. The transaction went smooth,and he was always available to answer my questions, and addresses your e-mails immediately. He also recommended a driver "Maximo" that took us to Punta Cana for a very reasonable rate, He's a great guy, and he speaks english. I would not change a thing, about my stay, and would use Mitch's services again, without hesitation.

“STUNNING!!” This house is absolutely gorgeous!! The pictures do not even do it justice!! It has very unique finishings and beautiful decor. There is a an upstairs master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool is the perfect size. It has a wrap around seating in the pool, which was excellent for relaxing and lounging, without having to get completely submerged. It has a waterfall that makes a peaceful sound. The house is fully equip with everything you could possibly need. The house is well ventilated and the breeze comes through very nicely. There is a rooftop terrace that overlooks the area. The location is perfect, as it's within walking distance from a lot of the major bars and restaurants in the colonial zone. The street that the house is located on is so quiet and peaceful. Susanne, the owner, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is professional, kind, punctual. I can't say enough about her!! I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone, as it is perfect for any occasion. Whether you want a relaxing, romantic weekend indoors, or want to explore the most historic part of the city with all of its bars, restaurants, and landmarks, this is the place for you. There is nothing more I could have asked for. It was a perfect weekend. THANKS SUSANNE!!!!
