Choosing RentSantodomingo: located on the Malecon (promenade) of the capital, in the most important residential complex of all the Dominican Republic . if you are looking for a home for your vacation or for your work in Santo Domingo this is a very good solution for you
It is located in the best tower on the 14nd floor and is fully furnished: double bedroom with 2 bathroom, living room with balcony, kitchen In every room there Air Conditioning :
Water, electricity and gas in this building never fail. Everything you need for a comfortable stay: bed linen, towels, all for the kitchen, fridge, owen, microwave owen, cable TV with international channels and wi fi. Pool area at the 12th floor facing the sea with hot tub, gym and barbecue 4 lifts, indoor parking, 24-hour supervision. On the lower levels there are restaurants, bars, hair salon, spa, laundry, pharmacy, banks.
The apartment is located on the 14th floor and fortunately we are not harassed by mosquitoes.
We can keep the windows open at any time of the day or night.
Electricity:
electricity up to 10 kw per day, over the rate is $ 15 pesos rd. per kw.
We provide daily email consumption made by you.
