Owner and caretaker...I have had vacation rentals since 1985 in the Outer Banks, NC and presently in Captiva and Sanibel Florida. Hands-on owner...visit the property at least 3 times a year to do extensive cleaning and repairs. My cell phone is always available to guests for questions or concerns. I have a local rental agent who is also avail for any issues that may present. Very interested in guests who treat my house like their own property.
