Rick & Peta Dunn are well-travelled Australians who have fallen in love with Bali, and Ubud in particular. Living in Perth, they manage to enjoy Amori Villa 4 or 5 times per year. With 5 double rooms each with its own entrance, there is room for all to share - family, friends and guests.
Land was purchased in 2005 with the plan for a retirement retreat. By 2009 Amori Villa was ready - and even better than in the dream.
Ubud means medicine or healing. For those with busy lives, it is a paradise for an escape and a return to simple pleasures.
Amori is designed for those who enjoy sitting and reading cooled by the river valley breezes of Ubud; swimming in the 14 meter infinity pool; or going for a morning walk through the village and along the rice paddies, followed by a relaxing fresh fruit juice and cooked breakfast. Then an activity perhaps, a swim, a late afternoon massage, and a realxing dinner. As our guests at Amori you should expect to be pampered. ....That's Amori.

The location was wonderful, so peaceful with lush vegetation and views. The staff were so attentive to our every need and the food was delicious. Our room had spectacular views over the valley. The infinity pool was a refreshing end to a day of sight seeing, being driven by accomodationg drivers who helped us to choose our daily activities and explained local knowledge and attractions.
