I'm 29 years old working as a financial professional in Beijing CBD area. My wife and I are both UK and US educated so communication in English would not be a problem. We live nearby and we are happy to make our guest happy, so anything like providing out-of-office-hour key exchange service, give direction of good restaurant nearby are welcomed , you just need to ask. The cleaning is done by the the property management cleaner, so it is professional.
