Converted 3 bedroom apartment situated on 7th floor with beautiful direct sea/mountain views. Apartment has just been extensively renovated (bathrooms, kitchen, air condition). 2 large bedrooms + 1 sofabed, 2 bathrooms. Very large living room (45m2) with multiple access to very large balcony (25m2). Beautiful swimming pool facility with lifeguard on duty during summer months.

“Super apartment!”

Brilliant apartment, great location. Train station and bus route within a short walk. Lots to see and do in surrounding areas. Mijas Pueblo well worth a visit. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great views with everything you need right on your door step! The Talk of the Town being a particular favourite with great food and super value. Have stayed in Fuengirola several times a 20 minute walk from Los Boliches, but now we have discovered this little gem we would definitely return , when back in the Costa Del Sol!!

“Great Palm Beach Apartment”

We've just returned from Christian's apartment and it's a great place to stay and feels really safe and secure. It's very spacious, spotlessly clean and has lovely views from the veranda. We liked the fact that there's both an open veranda and also a smaller enclosed area, with a comfy sofa for when the weather's cooler. It was a bonus to have 2 bathrooms, one with a huge walk-in shower and the other with a bath. There's air-conditioning for the hotter months and also free wifi. The location is directly across from the beach and close to the local bars and restaurants. There is a pool area, which looked nice, although we didn't make use of it during our stay. We've been to Los Boliches several times and this is the most superior apartment we have ever stayed in. The train station is a short walk away and it's cheap to go for a day trip to Benalmadena and other nearby resorts. Mijas is also a lovely place to visit and is a short taxi ride away. Christian was quick to respond to our queries and we definitely hope to return to the apartment in the future. Thank you!!
