Description

Situated in Los Boliches, this luxury 2 bedroom/2bath apartment is on the 6th floor with fabulous sea views and is perfectly located with the beach, shops, restaurants and bars just 1 minute walk away. This sunny apartment has a communal pool(open mid April to late September) and a lovely open balcony with great views of the sea.The surrounding area is totally flat and just a 2 minute stroll away is the lovely sandy beach which has again been awarded the European Blue flag.

The lounge is very spacious and well furnished with 2 very comfortable 3 seater sofas and an easy chair, a 42" flat screen TV showing all the UK TV channels plus all the sports channels. There is a lovely dining area with seating for 4, a CD music system and the whole room has aircon/heating.

Both bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans..

Both bathrooms are well fitted, with showers only.

The kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a utility area with a washing machine.

There are electric shutters in the lounge and manual shutters in the bedrooms which help to keep the whole apartment cool all year round.

This is a great apartment to enjoy a relaxing holiday with space and comfort. Take a short stroll in the evening and dine at one of the many seafront restaurants or dine on your own terrace taking in the marvellous view of the Mediterranean sea.

The train station is 5 minutes away and trains run to Fuengirola and Malaga every 20 minutes. There is also a bus service that runs to Fuengirola and Malaga

“Lovely Apartment”

This is a lovely spacious apartment located 2 mins walk from Los Boliches train station in an area full of bars and restaurants,. Although we (four of us) chose to eat out the accommodation has a fully kitted kitchen, a large lounge with a multi channel TV with Sky Sports and BT Sports and 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. The owners Stephen and Jane were very friendly and helpful. Would we stay again; YES

“Superb Apartment”

Great location ,lovely clean apartment ,great weather, great holiday! Just come back from a week staying at this apartment and I cannot fault the accommodation. Plenty of space everywhere including the balcony - lovely views to the beach and right on hand for bars and shops - what more do you need on holiday?

“Perfect Rental”

Lovely apartment,view to sea, lovely veranda to sit and take in fab views, of course also enjoy breakfast and the glass of vino . Very close to excellent restaurants. Stephen the owner, was very easy to correspond with, all questions quickly answered. Apartment is home from home, two bedrooms, two bathrooms good size kitchen with all necessary facilities, if you wish to cook. We appreciated having milk to make that first cuppa after our travel. Bathrooms well stocked with toiletries and suncreams.Thank you Stephen and Jane,we enjoyed our stay, it one of the best we have stayed in. Hope we will see you again. 4 Irish Girls

“Great apartment, brilliant view”

This is our second time staying in this apartment. It is very handy to the train station and beach. The apartment is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with cups, plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc and thanks to Stephen for leaving water, milk, tea and coffee for us arriving. There was very good communication with Stephen before and during our stay and was only too glad to help if needed. There's loads of restaurants and shops close to the apartment. During our stay we visited Gibraltar which we booked at the travel agent on the corner at front of apartment - Next Stop Travel. The lady spoke very good English and arranged for the bus to pick us up at the front street very close to the apartment. We love staying here and I've yet to find a holiday rental which is as good.
