Description
The property is situated in the village of Cerros del Aguila and is 30 minutes driving time from Malaga airport and 7 kilometers from Funegirola with its shops and restaurants and extensive beach areas together with water park, shopping mall, Cinema which shows English films, Zoo and is within walking distance of restaurants and supermarket and the Cerrodo Aguila Golf Course and Driving Range.
The property has air conditioning units and WFI access.
The apartment is set in a small complex of 44 properties and its situation faces east to west . The balcony terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining and overlooks the swimming pool and gardens.
Easy access to gardens and pool area which are kept to a high standard. There are security gates which are operated by owners keys.

There is a late arrival fee which is applicable with night flight arrivals after 9.00pm.

“Nice clean apartment with good balcony overlooking the pool.”
A good clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen larger than other apartments we have used in the past. Nice sized balcony overlooking pool and hills.

“Perfect, relaxing break.”
Lovely apartment with everything you need for a relaxing break in the sun. Quiet urbanisation, lovely few restaurants/ bars within walking distance and good location if you’ve got a car to explore.
