Spacious and beautiful penthouse duplex, fit for a fantastic family vacation. There are shops and restaurants directly on the apartments doorstep and less than 1 km to the beach.

The Penthouse Duplex in Residencial Alexandre is ideal for large families and groups, at 210 m2 there is room for everyone. The 70 m2 open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating, gives a real sense of togetherness. The apartment is light with large windows and airy open spaces, decorated and furnished with the finality of making you feel like home.

It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, two of the bathrooms are ensuite. It also has 2 large terraces, access to a communal swimming pool, Wifi and plenty of international channels. Being in the center of Los Pacos, it is surrounded with life. Without walking 100 meters you can get all kinds of groceries from small specialty shops, you can get lovely restaurant food and take away. Los Pacos is on the outskirts of Fuengirola and is walking distance to the beach and rest of town, as well as having easy access to the highway, train and bus network.



Staying in our penthouse, you will lack nothing and can concentrate on what really matters!

We are a family company of three generations who have been renting out properties for several years now. When you arrive at the house you are going to rent, we will be there personally to hand out the keys and to show you around in the property. We are also, if possible, there when you are checking-out. Our goal is to rent out holiday homes without any unpleasant surprises, where you can feel safe, knowing that if the unexpected occurs, we will be there to help you. We are available on the phone 24/7, so you are feeling safe and taken good care of.

“Great find!”

We stayed at the apartment as a group of 10 and it has absolutely everything we needed. Lots of communal space and the terraces were great too. The location is about a 10-15 min walk from lots of restaurants and bars in Fuengirola, but it is located on a square metres from a small shop, and a few restaurants. Fuengirola is fabulous, something for everyone, we stayed when the feria was on and it was great fun. Jesper and his son Alex were on hand to help out with anything as needed. A perfect break, thank you for such a lovely apartment!

How do damage deposits work?
