Villa Las Higueras, Fuengirola/Mijas

Spacious 3 bed-2 bath villa with private pool, garden & fantastic views over Fuengirola town, the Mediterranean sea and the coast.

Newly fitted modern kitchen, bathrooms and new lounge furniture.

This villa is spacious with marble floors and built in a modern bungalow style. The location of the villa is in a very quiet residential and peaceful area yet just a few minutes drive to the beaches and Fuengirola town.

As you enter the villa through the main front door, there is a large living / dining room to the right, leading onto a sizable terrace (partly covered), barbeque, swimming pool, gardens and a second terrace. The terraces, garden and swimming pool are all south facing, guaranteeing full sun all day long! The living / dining room opens to the well newly fitted large kitchen. There is a breakfast bar (kitchen island) with decorative lighting.

The lounge has one large leather sofa, two arm chairs and seating by the wall. There is also a fireplace and dining area to seat six. The lounge also has two large sliding patio doors that open onto the outdoor dining area and barbeque. iPTV & Digital TV is available (Main UK, Irish and Spanish channels) as is free WiFi for internet access which has been upgraded to a faster speed.

The kitchen has just been totally modernised and is in an open plan style with all of the modern conveniences expected. There is also a breakfast bar.

To the left as you enter the villa, you are faced with a hallway off which are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a super king-size bed, air-conditioning (cold or warm) and an en-suite bathroom that has just been newly modeled with a walk-in shower, bath & shower, toilet, bidet, sink unit and heating for the winter. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds and also have air conditioning (cold or warm). All of the bedrooms have ample space and built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have patio doors that open onto the second terrace, garden and swimming pool. The main bathroom has been recently modernised and features a separate walk-in shower, bath with shower, bidet, toilet, sink unit with drawers and heating for the winter.

Security wise (you can never be too careful!) the villa is fitted with an alarm which is monitored by a security firm 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Outdoors:

Sun loungers, teak dinining table and chairs (to seat six people) are provided for al-fresco living. The outdoors dining area is covered providing shade from the sun but there is still ample space for sun bathing. The villa is south facing and in addition to the views over the coast and Fuengirola town, gets full sun from sun rise until dusk. The private swimming pool is approximately 10m X 4m and there is an additional table and chairs on the second terrace. There is also an outdoor shower for your use.

Parking wise, there is off-street covered parking with a remote controlled electric garage door for convenience. There is also ample on-street parking available.
