Description
This property with pool is a private villa situated on the popular, complex at La Capellania, 3km from the main resort of Corralejo. This spacious, 2 bedroom detached villa is fully equipped with modern appliances including TV (with English speaking channels), Wifi (superfast) and selection of children's equipment and toys. It boasts a large sun terrace/patio area complete with private swimming pool and Stone BBQ, which is perfect for outdoor dining. We have also a removable child safety pool fence so that parents can really relax during their stay. The villa has off-street parking to the front and has outdoor furniture including loungers, table and chairs. Bedroom 1 has a Super king size double bed, while bedroom 2 has two single beds, there is also a travel cot for infants. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is 1 bathroom with bath and shower.A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance. Full payment is required 8 weeks before travel.We are flexible on changeover day. Check in is generally 3pm and checkout 10 am. If possible a later checkout can be prearranged with the owners/property managers.

Response from the owner The villa is located in a small quiet complex, 10 mins from corralejo. Yes there is just a supermarket and couple of bars on the complex which is why we always encourage guests to get car hire so that they can get around and make the most of the beautiful island. You will recall that I did recommend car hire to you a couple of times and reiterated this to you in case you had missed the location from the particulars. We do clearly state location and distance to nearest town in the particulars so a little unsure why you would give negative feedback on this as you would have booked on that basis. We are sorry if there were problems with any of the utensils, or the hot tub, our property managers are nearby and always there to help with any questions, I also could have helped but you didn’t make me aware.
