“Perfect beach vacation” This house was the perfect, comfortable beach rental. It had great beach access, wonderful screened porches, and a fully stocked kitchen. We truly felt like we were staying at a friend's home rather than a beach rental. We will definitely look to stay at Easy Breezy again. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

“Fun times with friends on the dock by the marsh.” Everyone was very impressed with the house and it was more than accommodating. We enjoyed a great afternoon before the wedding on the back dock watching the pelicans fish and the water rise.

“A great place to stay!” This is a fabulous home--very conveniently located on the beach. It has great porches and decks, large dining room table, great kitchen. I cannot say enough about this home. This is the second year we have rented. We switched to another house after the first year totally due to expense but switched back. This house is expensive but has all the extras.

“Best of the best!” We love Debordieu and our times visiting this wonderful South Carolina secret! Marsh House is our all time favorite and spending time in this lovely home is always fun. “Comfortable & roomy house!” The house was perfect for the 5 couples that stayed there. The roomy kitchen & formal dining room allowed us to prepare large meals for dinner. The house is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, spices (some houses don't even come with salt/pepper!), board games, bikes, and a basketball court. The front porch with rocking chairs and the back porch with a gas grill, Adirondack chairs and also a table and chairs was used frequently and was definitely appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for an early morning run or late evening walk. The distance from the beach was an exact 5 minutes and not bad at all. The beach is private which makes a nap or reading a long book an easy task to accomplish. Walks on the beach are wonderful due to the different architectural style of each beach front house. Had a great, relaxing vacation!

“Best Vacation for time spent with family and grandchildrn” My husband and I have taken vacation for the past 2 years with our children and grandchildren and stayed in the Memolo House. After the first year I gave them several choices of vacation spots for the next year but everyone wanted to come back to the same place and the same house. The grandchildren are 6, 8, and 13 and they all had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for a large family with children. I would highly recommend the Memolo house or anything that one could get in the DeBordiue properties. It is like being on your own pivate Island. Everyone that I have delt with has been great to work with and always so helpful. The customer service is what one would expect in any exclusive property. We hope to make 20ll our third year straight for vacation and look forward to it. Syble Latta

“Priceless Memories” What a memorable time we had in this glorious house. Everything we needed was right there. Even cooking in this kitchen wasn't work. Game nights were great fun. Staying in was as enjoyable as going out. I hope we will be able to stay here again.

“Outstanding Condo” We were very impressed with the condo from the minute we walked through the door. I feel like it is our home away from home and am looking forward to going back soon. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, including a charcoal BBQ grill outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture looked brand new. We went to the beach during the day and to the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings. There is a pool/jacuzzi across the street from the condo, which was very nice and then a bigger pool a short drive away. The residents we met at the pool were very nice and welcoming. We made use of the balcony to relax in the morning with a cup of tea and in the evening with a nice cold beverage. The True Blue grounds are nicely landscaped. We had previously stayed at other condos in the Myrtle Beach area, but we will never go back that way. This is way more laid back and not so commercial. Lots of local shopping spots, we liked BiLo supermarket, Bargain Beachwear, Quigley's for dinner (get the nachos) and definitely go to Surf The Earth. We did drive to Myrtle Beach - Broadway at the Beach for an evening of something different to do. I can't wait to come back for another visit. I highly recommend Mickey's condo for your family.

“Have stayed in unit for past 5 years” I have rented Nadines unit for the past 5 years and have never had a problem, The unit has been upgraded over the years and has always been very clean. All of the units appliances work as they should, and the air condition was always cold. I will continue to rent this unit for our two week summer vacations. Thank you Nadine.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. “Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“very nice!” could have had more dish cloths, towels and garbage bags. but otherwise was well stocked. we brought our own bath soap which was good because there was only a small bar for two of us for a week.

“Fantastic Family Vacation Rental” This house felt like we'd borrowed a friend's beloved beach house for the week, not a generic rental. It's not in pristine condition (just like any other personal home), but that was a relief since we had three boys. It is in very good condition---very comfortable---only negative that comes to mind was that downstairs bedrooms were a bit warm. Fabulous location. Friendly, helpful rental company. Would definitely rent again or recommend to others.

“Right by the ocean” Nice place, due to proximity to the ocean. Nothing fancy, older house, but certainly adequate. Best part was big front porch with lots of rockers, & a table & chairs where we played games. Also, a private boardwalk out to the ocean. Second floor has a much better view, but downstairs is still a good place for the money.

“Relaxing stay in North Litchfield Beach” This is our second year in Lone Oak over the Labor Day weekend. The house was in excellent condition and we were very happy to see a new gas grill in place. The screened porch is very nice, and enjoyed the outdoor shower. It's an easy 3 block walk to the beach. We were four couples in all and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lone Oak is convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf!
