Description
The Apartment complex is a fully gated private complex just minutes from the sea front. It is a small, friendly and welcoming place where you will always find a space to relax by the pool. From the complex a very pleasant walk leads you to the marina where you can relax and enjoy a drink while watching the boats. In the other direction this sea front walk leads to San Blas the centre of Golf del Sur where there are two large piazas with plenty of good restaurants.There are also restaurants within a 2 minute walk .There is a wonderful Golf course nearby and also tennis courts and crazy golf as well as putting green and driving range.There is also a very good bus service linking 'The Golf' with many other places on the island. If a car is hired there is underground parking in the complex.
The apartment has one double bedroom sleeping two adults.There is a double sofa beds for 2 people in the apartment so the apartment is suitable for up to 4 people, there is also two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom and there is an additional shower room. Lounge is very well furnished with a 55'' LED TV and a DVD player. There is also a dining area. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and grill. Washing machine, microwave and fridge.
Free WiFi is also available to guests.
Large south-facing balcony's with views over the pool with Luxurious patio furniture.If your looking for somewhere to unwind,relax and just chill out, then don't look any further this is it. If you are renting a car, we have a secure underground car park space, please advise us if needed.
I recommend cabreramedina at Tenerife airport for car hire, you can book the car online and they do not ask you for a deposit or credit card details when booking, you just pay cash when you get there or credit card if you wish, you just pick up the car at airport when you arrive and return it to the airport when departing.

“Lovely comfy apartment nice quiet location”
Great apartment in a secure , well kept complex. All restaurants, bars shops etc within walking distance as well as a supermarket right next door. Will go back
