If you are looking for a cheap place to enjoy the sun and outdoors, than this would be it!
LETS BE REAL:
The complex is old, this is not a 4-5 stars hotel, hence the cheap price.
I believe that the apartment should be clean.
10 mins cab ride from airport, less than 15 euros to the apartment.
Wifi is available in the apartment or at the bars, restaurants
It is cheaper to book by the week.
Seasonal rates apply. Apr, May, Jun, Sep are low seasons.
APARTMENT IS FOR WHO:
It is more for people, who do not want to spend a large amount of their budget on accommodation for their holidays, who prefer to spend it on going out to eat, seeing the tourist attractions and enjoying the warm weather Tenerife has to offer! Like me, a couch surfer and budget backpacker ;)
PROPERTY:
My apartment is basic but I am right smack of everything which is great ;).
It is great for people who can drive,
20-30 mins away from touristy beaches like Los Cristianos, Las Américas.
Can't drive like me,
the taxis and the bus stop near the complex is a nice alternative.
The pool is not heated, if you come in the winter months,
plenty of sun so you can still sunbath of course ;)

CLEANING SERVICES:
I take pride that the apartment is clean, I only want to offer something that I myself would stay in, as such cleanliness is a priority.
A half clean, can be arranged during your stay, if you like.
HOUSE RULES:
For more than 2 guests, there is a surcharge of €15 per extra guest per night.
Please respect the apartment as if it were your own.
No smoking allowed
No pets allowed.
Transport to and from the airport can be provided on request.
Additional cleaning can be provided.
- Concerning children, my apartment is not fitted with grills on the balcony as such please do not leave children alone without adult supervision.
- This is Tenerife, the tropic weather encourages pests infestation. The apartment has been fumigated against ants, roaches etc To maintain the standard for all guests. Please remove all garbage from the apartment promptly. Garbage bins are conveniently located below at the recycling center next to the building (next to PriceRite Supermarket)
- When checking out please remove all trash from the apartment, when it is not done you will be charged €150 for the fumigation and extra clean.
- We are social and friendly residents in this complex. Young and old come together to play bingo sometimes or drink by the bars at the pool. You can shut the balcony door, which will minimise the noise, if you are a light sleeper then my apartment is not for you. I care about my guests having a great vacation while staying in my home, including having a good night sleep.
- We’d love to welcome your loved ones. But to help maintain transparency and trust throughout our community, you can’t book on their behalf unless you’re staying together,
AROUND THE APARTMENT:
- Spa next door, with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym
- Golf courses nearby, tennis and BBQ pit is on premises
- Breakfast by the small cafe on the complex
- Supermarket on the complex with fresh vegetables and deli
- Irish Bar across the street, with great food and drinks, and of course watching sports matches
- There is a car rental place next door, if you decide last min to rent a car.
- Taxi Stand just outside the complex
- Public bus stop 20 meters away
- San Blas Center with restaurants and shops, 5 mins by taxi
- The Yellow Submarine is in the Marina nearby, for dives underwater to see the beautiful marine life Tenerife has to offer. A great option for the elderly and young kids.

“Great value”
The apartment had everything you need for a good holiday. Well equipped and clean. The location was handy for resteraunts and bus stop. The swimming pool was nice but too cold to go in at this time of year. Jini was very helpful. We have paid a lot more and got a lot less on previous holidays.
