Description

The apartment is in La Corbeta, Parque Verde, Green Park located in Golf del Sur on the first floor. It is right in the middle of the golfing district, ideal for those who love their golfing holidays. It is a private apartment in the hotel so the apartment has lots more facilities than the average room in the hotel and usually at a lower price. There are 2 lifts for those who cant manage the steps. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate studio section in the living room, which has another double bed so the apartment can sleep up to 3 people, although I would not recommend the apartment for 4 adults The apartment has 3 ceiling fans to keep you cool. The balcony has pool views. It is very well furnished with satellite TV showing 20 English channels and another 20 channels from around Europe. The internet has now been added and a new TV system so you can get many of your favourite shows from home including prime video and Netflix. Just bring your signing-in details.

It has a brand new fully fitted kitchen with all the utensils you will need for your holiday. Facilities include a washing machine, DVD player, a microwave, couch, oven, hob, kettle, fridge freezer, chest freezer (for those long termers), CD player with many CDs. Many of these facilities such as kettles, TV and irons often attract extra costs elsewhere in the Canaries but not here. A brand-new bathroom has been installed with a black and white theme. The apartment has recently been rewired. Cleaning is available with a local charge if required. Otherwise, there are many cleaning implements provided for you to keep the apartment spic and span.

The apartment has been used as a home, so you will find many items that you won't find in other places such as sowing kits, scissors, and a collection of books to read from holiday books on Tenerife to classic novels, auto biographies and entertainment books. The hotel has several bars on site at reasonable prices. The complex has been updated and has been repainted, has refurbished toilets. The whole reception area has new couches and chairs. A refurb of the pool has been completed on a volcano theme. Opposite the complex there is an Irish bar which shows Sky Sports on its many screens. Sundowners, the local bar, serves bargain priced drinks and has one TV showing Sky and BT football. There are many restaurants nearby as well as ATM machines. The complex has parking, car rental, taxis stop and the resort is just a 15-minute walk from the beach. It is 15 minutes from the South Airport and 10 minutes from the sea. It has three swimming pools, including a kid's pool. Bus 415 takes you here from the airport for 2.50 euros or less with a Tenerife bus bono ticket. You can reach Los Cristianos in 20 mins by bus or quicker by taxi. The complex also has a BBQ.

“Winter getaway”

Very clean and spacious apartment. Balcony over looks the pool. Pool bar can be a little noisy but usually closes around 10.30pm so doesn’t disturb your sleep. The apartment is very well equipped for cooking a meal if you want a night in. If not there’s plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Daniel is only a call or email away if you have any problems and responds very quickly. There’s 2 supermarkets very close by which have everything you need and more. All in all had a great time. Very reasonable price for that winter getaway. Thanks again Daniel

“Christmas”

We were very impressed with our accommodation. Everything you could need was provided. The chest freezer was an added bonus. Very clean when we arrived. The owner Daniel was always available if we had a question with prompt replies. We are definitely interested in booking again and would recommend.

“Parque Verde Apartment”

A nice apartment which provided decent value for money and a great location for the chill out break we were after. In the apartment itself, the 3-seater couch could do with replacing as it’s pretty old and uncomfortable, not to mention grubby from many people simply coming in from pool/beach and parking themselves to watch TV. Good kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfortable (huge) bed. With no AC it was too hot not to utilise the ceiling fans. The ones in the living area were fine but unfortunately the fixings of the ceiling fan in the bedroom were loose and the noise (clicking, squeaking, rattling) became rather annoying after a while to the extent we booked into an All-Inclusive local themed hotel, partly to escape this and partly as an unintended birthday treat. This was costly but worth it as we resumed our holiday refreshed in Parque Verde and all in all it was a good trip. I still haven’t heard from the owner with regard to the ceiling fixings, which is disappointing. I have emailed twice on this topic to the same email address I used prior to our trip, emails to which I received prompt replies. Parque Verde has a beautiful pool area but as has been previously stated, it could do with a lick of paint. In particular, the laminate in the corridor looked like a kid had laid it from a YouTube instruction video! I’m giving this a 3/5, we paid for ok and we got ok, just.

“Lovely relaxing holiday”

The apartment location had all the things that we wanted. Good bars and restaurants,lovely walks and the bus stop is only 5 Minutes away. We love Golf del Sur and San Blas with lovely coastal walks and great nighttime entertainment. The apartment itself had a lovely big comfortable bed and a great shower, and was generally very spacious, and when we were too lazy to go out we could watch UK tv and DVD’s. Danny was always friendly helpful and replied to any questions very promptly before our visit, and during our holiday we really did need pester him at all Thanks Danny for a great holiday

“Comfortable stay”

Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment was great with a huge comfortable double bed and everything we needed. It was very quiet and lots to do in the surrounding area. We had a car and no problem with parking space. The bathroom was recently refurbished with a new washing machine. Would happily stay at this apartment again when we visit Tenerife. We had one minor question and Daniel was easy to contact and very helpful

“Apartment 136 Green Park”

The apartment is well situated in Golf del Sur. It has the advantage of having the sun on the balcony until 2pm each day. It overlooks the pool. It is a nice apartment and I would recommend it. Unfortunately it is on the approach path into the airport. That didn't bother my partner and I but it might affect other clients. There are a few minimarkets close by and a large Supermarket a short taxi ride away.
