Description
Our Apartment at Royal Parque Albatros is designed for families and is set in a quiet, well established 4* complex. All around the complex there are beautiful exotic gardens, with sub tropical palms and flowers. The lagoon-style pool features a waterfall which winds down through the gardens.
The apartment has been recently refurbished. This includes 2 new bathrooms and fully fitted modern kitchen which includes washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, hob & oven. The apartment’s terrace is very large with views overlooking the large lagoon style swimming pool and the blue Atlantic ocean. The large terrace which is south facing, allows you to enjoy the sunshine all day and well into the evening.
Linen & Towels are provided and a courtesy pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Water and Milk are provided on arrival, everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The TV channels provide sports and movies and terrestrial stations. The apartment sleeps 6 – for a very reasonable price.
The location is quiet - far removed from the rowdier atmosphere of other Tenerife resorts. It is perfect for families - with entertainment for all ages every night in San Blas. The sounds of the waterfall which flows near our terrace and the birds is as noisy as it gets here! The pool is safe for children under parental supervision.
. The kids are also well taken care of with their own smaller pool and playground. The apartment has everything you need to self-cater and there are many small supermarkets nearby.

Coming into the apartment, the newly refurbished modern kitchen is on your left it comprises of a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, new hob, oven and fan and breakfast bar with large stools. The dining room is on the right which has a ratan table seating 6 people.
The very large lounge area is straight ahead, it has a sofa, armchairs, a flat screen TV, DVD player and Radio/ CD player. There are sliding doors which lead to the very large terrace which has 2 seating areas. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, bedside tables, wall mounted flat screen TV with cable channels. It also has large built in wardrobes and 2 drawer units. The window has secure shutters so the window can be left open with no risk to security. The second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite.
The en-suite comprises of WC, WHB, jacuzzi bath and shower. It has built in wardrobes and a drawer unit. The window has secure shutters so the window can be left open with no risk to security. The third bedroom has 1 set of adult sized bunk beds with side lights, built in wardrobes and separate drawer unit. There is also a fold up bed in this room. The window has secure shutters so the window can be left open with no risk to security. The main bathroom has a hydro shower, WC, WHB and a vanity unit with mirror.

The large terrace overlooks the pool, which makes it great for evening dining and entertaining. There are 2 seating areas one with a table seating 6 and a granite table seating 4 people. Both tables have umbrellas for shade.
For those lazy evenings in, the terrace is equipped with inlayed lighting giving a soft subtle light to the entire area, perfect for an evening drink. To the right of the apartment the waterfall runs through the tropical gardens into the pool.

“Lovely 3 bedroom Ed apartment with large sunny terrace”
Apartment is in a great location, close to the seafront and restaurants. The large terrace provides sun throughout the day with a view of the communal pool and beautifully kept gardens.

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! July 24th - August 04th ‘22”
Well what can I say after 3 yrs of waiting thanks to the dreaded COVID19 we finally got to Tenerife. All I can say about the owner Claire is she is one top diamond, from start to finish. One the day of departure everything could go any smoother if it tried, ok there were plenty of queues, however that was expected being the summer holidays. On arrival Claire had posted me details for the apartment prior so we knew exactly what to do. Once in the apartment… just wow, plenty of room for the 4 of us, 1 double bedroom fitted wardrobes, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, which was great keep the kids out of our bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and again fitted wardrobes. A nice large lounge and dining area if you want a night in, ok the kitchen isn’t massive but big enough to cook dinner, which we did a couple of nights. The apartment over looked the swimming pool from the Terrace, and to a cherry on top it had a sea view too, the wife loved that. Just a few steps down to the pool and your also right next to the bar, which I loved . Only a short walk out of the complex you got plenty to choose from restaurants and bars, a couple of small supermarkets, if you fancy a walk, roughly 1 1/2 miles you can get yourself to the main supermarket for your shopping, there is a bus which is mega cheap but I like to walk. Worth a taxi back though if you have plenty of bags lol. We found Jeremy the bar owner a great help and he speaks English too, as well as a few other language. On the whole, we had a fantastic time, our friends had their own apartment which their mum owns. We will be back again, it’s sad to be home but on the flip side the sun is still shining and it’s still lovely and warm. I cannot thank Claire enough for being so accommodating and like I say we will be back, maybe leave the kids at home though .

“Fantastic apartment”
Having stayed on the complex before we knew what to expect . This apartment though is without doubt one of the best on site . Location is fantastic , balcony size is amazing , room sizes great . The owner is in touch with you very quickly . Fantastic stay in a great apartment

Response from the owner This person did not stay at my apt. I was staying in it myself when they said they were here. It is a 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom lg apt with full Aircon and private Wifi. This is a fraudulent review.

“Fantastic apartment”
We had such a fantastic family holiday in Claire's apartment. It was certainly big enough for 2 adults and 4 children. The terrace area was amazing. Having 2 bathrooms was great with 6 people. Not forgetting the wifi for the kids lol. Thank you.
