Description

Fully air conditioned, this is a 2/3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom villa on two floors. The villa is south facing and enjoys all day sun on both the upstairs terrace and downstairs patio area.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, aircon, television and sun terrace having stunning views over the golf course and the sea. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with twin beds and aircon and the conservatory is the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and aircon. Both bedrooms are served by a separate family bathroom. Hairdryers are available in both bathrooms.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Also a large lounge/ dining room to cater for up to 6 people. To the front of the villa, there is a large patio area with table, chairs and loungers fronted by a hedge giving maximum privacy.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.

Guests are requested not to take occupation of the villa prior to 2.00pm, unless prior arrangements are made with the owner, guests are requested to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner. Storage of luggage for late departures can be provided, however if there are no new guests arriving on the day of departure other arrangements can be made at guests requests.

INSURANCE LIABILITY

We recommend that all guests have full and sufficient travel, personal accident, injury and medical expenses insurance. We accept no liability for injury, damage, loss, vexation, distress, disappointment or irregularities suffered by the guest. Luggage, valuables, and all other personal effects at all times and in all circumstances are at the guests risks.

PAYMENT

We will honour bookings for up to 10 working days, if funds are not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled and the villa re-advertised unless otherwise agreed. Final payment to be received 6 weeks before arrival.

This well furnished Villa has been refurbished and contains everything that one requires for a wonderful family holiday, which includes air conditioning, free WiFi, safe, dish washer, washing machine, first aid kit, iron & ironing board, reading book library. playing cards, scrabble, cribbage & dominoes and a weekly laundry service. CLC pool towels are supplied. Radio and Satellite TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4, ITV1+1, ITV2, ITV4, ITV3, More4+1, Sky News, Sky Sports Main Event.

Sun blinds have been fitted to upstairs and downstairs patio areas providing respite from the sun.

“Wonderful Villa”

Just back from another stay at this wonderful villa. Great position on site and the air conditioning was most welcome. Villa is exceptionally well stocked for self catering with everything we needed. Ate several times at the on-site restaurant Zachary’s and every meal delicious. The entertainment team are fantastic and we all enjoyed taking part in various activities throughout the day and watching the nightly show too. A wonderful relaxing break and we can’t wait to go back!

“Lovely villa”

Been to CLC Sunningdale village (changing name to Wyndham) many times, but was only able to book a 1 bedroom apartment. So pleased we found this villa. It’s in a quiet location on the complex, plenty of space on the outdoor terrace and sea view from the balcony. Well equipped, English TV and air conditioning in every room. We cannot say anything negative about the villa or complex and Colin (host) was always available if needed and very helpful. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thanks Colin

“Great family villa!”

Great villa on a superb peaceful complex. One of our helpful children locked us out of the safe on the first evening but a quick text to Sandra the next morning and she was at the villa in 10 minutes to unlock. Nice to have milk coffee and water on arrival. Also fully equipped with dvds books swim equipment Etc. We had an evening flight booked for home and Colin the owner was very generous in letting us stay until later in the day, so we enjoyed a relaxing last day by the pool. The only small niggle was the air conditioning in the main bedroom and one of the downstairs bedrooms was not very cool so was pretty warm at bedtime - but we went in summer so we were expecting to be warm....didn’t affect us too much and didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the holiday or the villa. Would definitely recommend!

“MY PIECE OF PARADISE”

31A Will always be my first choice in all of Tenerife. It is ideally located for quick trips from nearby bus stop into Los Cristianos Las Americas 5 euros 75 cents for 3 adults, El Medano and Los Abrigos. Little supermarkets for quickness nearby plus lidl 5 minutes away in a taxi. Beautiful villa and Colin and Win are fantastic hosts and great company,,did not want to leave them. Will be back very soon.
