Description
Villa Fig provides a quiet and comfortable ambience for those who seek some quality time with friends and family. We are located just over the border into the quiter region of beautiful Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Beautiful mountain and impressive sea views are best enjoyed from the inviting infinity pool (9x4m) or Jacuzzi. The terraces are extensive with an area to BBQ and dine Alfresco on the large marble topped dinning table in the shade of the balcony.
The 'elevated' outdoor lounge area takes in the views and sunsets, best experienced chilling in the jacuzzi after a long day out.For those who enjoy a little 'sun worshipping' we have comfortable sun loungers with tables and an umbrella provided for a little shade. There is a further outdoor lounge area found at the front of the property, a perfect place to enjoy a little peace and quiet with a morning coffee.
There is a pool side shower and WC for your convenience.
Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in night time temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season.
It is not a guarantee!
(if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day, please note it takes 48 hours to make a difference to the water temperature).
Jacuzzi is heated all year round to the temperature required for your comfort.
NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until beginning of April, as it is possible to heat in the winter months.
The light and airy interior is stylishly decorated in a contemporary style to a high standard.The lounge area has comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a satellite TV and internet access- the open plan design ensures everyone is included. A fully fitted kitchen is complete with a fridge/freezer and ice despenser, microwave and dishwasher. There is a dining area with a table seating 8 comfortably and a separate room with laundry facilities.
Villa Fig sleeps up to 8 with 4 superbly appointed rooms ,all with sea views, handmade beds and quality bed linen. Bedrooms compromise of 2 master bedrooms, both en suite and 2 twin rooms with adjacent bathrooms and all with fully fitted wardrobes and airconditioned.
On the first floor the bedrooms share access to the balcony and additional seating.
Ideally located just 4 km away from the nearest beaches and restaurants, 6 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 14 km from Dubrovnik Airport.
Villa Fig offers comfortable living and we invite you to look at the availability option. If the dates are not available do please get in touch as we may have other properties to offer you.
