Villa Olive is located just over the border to Croatia, away from the tourists, into the quieter Hezegovina region of beautiful country of Bosnia.
As you walk through the door of this stunning villa, you will feel a wave that alludes to a sense of calm.
Every angle of this villa oozes indoor and outdoor stylish contemporary living.
The open-plan design has been considerately arranged for all rooms to over look the pool terrace, mountains and valleys to the Adriatic Sea- simply breath-taking.
The light and airy interior is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard with comfortable sofa's, air-conditioned throughout and with satellite TV, internet access. The open plan design ensures everyone is included in your holiday.
A large fully fitted kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, washing machine, adjoins the dining area allowing for modern day living and entertaining. There is even a wine fridge to keep your drinkd cold.
Crockery is provided for you to entertain at a dinner party or for a simple BBQ.
Villa Olive sleeps up to 8 with 2 luxurious Master bedrooms, with large en suite bathrooms with walk -in showers and 2 Twin rooms with adjacent family bathrooms again with large showers. The rooms on the first floor have access to the balcony and seating area, all have sea views and have been designed with attention to detail , hand made beds and quality linen.
The extensive terrace is the most decadent addition to this villa, where relaxation is what it is all about. Enjoy an early morning swim in the large infinity pool before everyone is awake. For the sunworshipers there are plenty of sunbeds, pool-side table and umbrella. Further shade can be found under the pergola. Chill out on the outdoor sofas,a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or a pre-dinner cocktail. After a long day out sightseeing, soothe those tired feet and muscles in the jacuzzi- it will soon relax you. It is just a great place to end your day with, dream away staring at the night sky and the lights along the Dubrovnik Riviera.
Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in nighttime temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season. It is not a guarantee. (if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day). Jacuzzi is heated all year round to the temperature required for your comfort.
NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until April, as it is difficult to heat in the winter months.
Ideally located just 4 km away from the nearest beaches and restaurants, 6 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 14 km from Dubrovnik Airport.
