We welcome you to our beautiful 2 rooms at réz floor of a large villa, quiet, air-conditioned, modern and fully equipped, ideal to relax. Its location, in the center of the island, within 5 minutes drive from the city center of Gosier, its beautiful beaches and the shops, you will enjoy the sea (beach 1 minute walk) and to access quickly enough to other heavenly places of the island (mountain river). DETAIL OF LOCATION Ideally located in a residential upscale neighborhood, quiet and secure. Two spacious and functional rooms of 60 sqm with 20 sqm terrace and A BEAUTIFUL POOL 12m. including: air-conditioned room with a king size bed 180x180, a sofa bed, a large closet, bathroom with separate toilet. Living room with fitted kitchen including sofa bed sleeping 2 people in 140 facilities: hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils, barbecue, lounge, TV, washing machine, iron + ironing board, wireless internet connection, hairdryer, (baby equipment available) A beautiful terrace that allows you to choose between sun and shade where you can hang your food, and directly overlooking our pool of 12m. Linen fully furnished (bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels). Reception possibilities up to 5 people Proximity: beach, surf clubs and diving, golf, restaurants, aquatic leisure center, forest (fitness trail, cycle track) and all amenities. To book, a check for 30% of total rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid on the day of arrival, at the keys. A security deposit of 300 euros (not cashed unless damage to the premises) will also be required upon arrival. No rental for the weekend.
