About Corona measures see below.

This cosy cottage offers you amongst others a private Spa. You can enjoy the sauna, steambath and the antique bathroom just by yourselves , and relax afterwards in the very private and sunny courtyard.

Since we have bought this antique house in the 90-ies, it is completely restored, carefully preserving the authentic exterior. Inside we also kept many old elements, which we have combined with modern comfort.

It is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature, silence, peace and quiet, in an authentic setting.

The ground floor has a living room (with double sofa bed), a dining area, a small, fully equipped nostalgic kitchen, a lavish bathroom with an antique bathtub, modern sauna and a Turkish bath ( steam bath)

and a separate toilet.

The upper floor has a spacious romantic bedroom.

The "Lutje Hoeske" is situated in Tinallinge, a beautiful little “terp” ( a sort of artificial mound) village on the impressive Groninger countryside.

Tinallinge is very special: an unspoilt northern Groninger village of 20 houses and farmhouses clustered around the old church, timeless and green, imbedded in peace and quiet.

 

As for the Corona measures, we have made the following adaptations:

- the Lutje Hoeske has been blocked for renting right from the start of the Corona outbreak, because we wanted to keep our village Corona free (and this has been successful so far!).

The rent will start again cautiously from 21 May.

This implies

- that guests are asked in advance not to come if one (or more) of them has symptoms related to the Corona vrius (such as cough, fever, etc ..)

- we have blocked a day for rent (at least 24 hours) prior to your arrival

- the house is not only cleaned but also disinfected,

- The sauna and steam bath are in the Lutje Hoeske itself, so only for you,

- there is no physical contact with the landlord. You will receive a code to open the door.

With this we not only meet the Corona requirements which websites such as Tripadvisor and AirBnB has set, but also our own wishes.

In this way, guests of the Lutje Hoeske can safely enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Getting around

The most authentic and relaxing way to see the surrounding is on bicycle. We can help you renting a bike and it will be delivered at the Lutje Hoeske. Of course you can also explore by car. There is plenty of parking space in the village. The roads ar narrow and winding and leads to sleepy villages and old farmhouses.

You'll be fully free to arrive or depart, because there is a code lock. During your stay we o(r our caretakers) will always be there to answer questions or help.
