Enjoy the beauty of the shimmering waters of Nantucket Sound from this beachfront home perched above a sandy Nantucket Sound beach. Play or picnic on the lawn while enjoying the beach right in front of you! The primary feature on the ground floor is the living room with a large window overlooking the lawn and the ocean just beyond. Off the living room is a dining area then the kitchen. There is a master bedroom with king bed plus a den with tv and pullout couch for overnight guests. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, one of which is small, accessible only via one of the bedrooms. There is also a pullout couch in the den. Please note that linens and some basic home supplies are provided by the owner! * $6500 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee * $250 Cleaning Fee * State and Local Taxes Apply * Choice of $500 Security Deposit OR $55 damage insurance * Off Season Rates and discounts for multiple weeks available *
