Description

Our villa is the largest in Fiddler's Cove with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy your morning coffee on our 28 foot deck overlooking a wildlife lagoon. We are steps from the large, heated/cooled pool, a short walk to Folly Field beach and a short drive to hundreds of wonderful restaurants.

The unit has a fully stocked kitchen, large living room and dining area and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room also opens up to a queen sleeper. Both bathrooms have bathtubs with newer vanities and medicine cabinets for storage. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. There are televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. There are also DVD players and a stereo. Free Wi-fi and cable tv are included throughout the villa. Towel and linen service are included so you only need to bring your own beach towels.

Folly Field Beach:

The beach is located just 300 yards away with access to public restrooms and showers. As of October, we will provide a deluxe beach cart and beach chairs to our guests. The beach on Hilton Head is perfect for walking, biking, running, swimming, collecting shells, dolphin watching, or simply just relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze! 



Bike Rentals:

Hilton Head Island has over 100 miles of biking paths. You may bring your own bikes or rental bikes can be delivered to the villa. Bikes can be locked up on racks located throughout the community.

About Fiddler's Cove:

Fiddlers Cove is a gated community with 24-hour security. The 23 acres of property are beautifully maintained. The resort offers many amenities including 2 pools (one heated/cooled), 10 Har Tru clay well-maintained tennis courts, a community clubhouse with ping- pong tables, corn hole boards, games, and comfortable seating near a wide screen TV, and a reading room with WiFi. Throughout the property are several playgrounds, outdoor BBQ grills, and bike trails. Also, as a guest, you will have use of the Fitness Center (off site about one mile away) that is free for your use. The club offers exercise classes and a complete line of exercise equipment. Passes can be obtained from security guards at check-in.

All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount charged is due and payable at the time of booking. We do accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Personal Checks.

We also accept VISA/Master Card, etc. However, VRBO charges a service fee for this.

Upon receipt of your deposit, I will send you a confirmation letter. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to check in. Upon receiving final payment I will either mail you, or email you, whichever you prefer, a packet of information - which includes: The Lock Box Combination, 'Important Information for our Guests to Know', Rules & Regulations, Map of the complex, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date or for early departures. If cancelled more than 30 days, a $50 processing fee will apply.
