Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 406 enjoy a landscape view, free wi-fi and won't have to cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. 4th floor ocean-side condo sleeps 6 people with comfort. King bed in the primary bedroom, another King in BR 2 plus 2 Twins in BR3. New 60" smart TV in the living room and ceiling fans plus USB chargers in all 3 bedrooms. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Has three flat screen TVs.

“We Need More”
The unit was a little dated, but it had everything we needed. What was most disconcerting was the small amount of supplies: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soaps etc.

“Good stay, great location!”
Very good experience. Unit had some large palmetto bugs, one bathroom drain was clogged, unit could be updated/redecorated, mattresses could be replaced.
