Springwood 97 has just completed a remodel of the kitchen in April of 2022. The bathrooms are fresh and contemporary after being renovated in November of 2017! Springwood 97 is a first-floor flat with no steps to navigate. King in master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in bedroom 3 plus a sofa bed in the living room. This property is 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean beach and within 1 block of the Van Der Meer Tennis Center. This community has an on-site pool and a toddler pool. Parking is available at the front door of each property. Springwood is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. “GREAT PLACE FOR THE MONEY”

IT WAS PLEASANT, CLOSE TO THE BEACH. THE ONLY THING WAS THE PROPERTY NEEDED UPDATING.COFFEE POT NEED TO BE REPLACED THE CLEANING CREW COULD HAVE DID A BETTER JOB.

Overall we were quite pleased with property but we did find quite a but of trash underneath the dressers and in one room half eaten granola bars. Other that that it was a good experience.
