Description

Newly furnished 2 BR, 2 BA with Queen Sleeper, comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a screened in patio with a view of the lagoon and partial view of Port Royal Sound. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with its own flat screen tv. The second bedroom has equally comfortable twin beds and a tv. Living room boasts a large flat screen tv and dvd player. New couch and love seat for your comfort and relaxation. Wi-Fi, iron/board, sheets, towels amenities/soap shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, facial tissue for the bathrooms; Kitchen paper/towels, dishwasher packets, liquid soap coffee, creamer for kitchen provided for your use. Washer and dryer, detergent along with a fully equipped kitchen are included for your enjoyment.

Just 100 yards and you're on the water enjoying the magnificent views, walking on the natural beach or enjoying the sunrise/sunset from the pier. Relax on one of the swings or have a cookout on the large, open deck. The wide variety of Water Fowl and Sea Shells will certainly enhance your stay. You can also fish along the shoreline.

The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool, which includes a hot tub/spa and workout room. There are also 3 tennis courts for your use. The 24 hour security will make you feel safe and comfortable during your vacation. The Spa does not have an elevator but it's only two flights of steps to the condo.

There is a lockbox on the door which contains the condo keys. The code is provided few days before check in day. I can be reached via phone or email. I guarantee early check in for all guests and almost always accommodate all late checkout request. Brochures of things to do and current activities are provided for the guests. Booklets of malls, shops, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets are also provided for your use.
