Description
Come stay at 309 Ocean Dunes Villas on Forest Beach in Hilton Head and enjoy outstanding views from the direct ocean front deck of this beautifully maintained beach condo. Ocean Dunes is close enough to Coligny Circle to enjoy all the action, shops, and restaurants this area is known for without getting in a car, yet far enough away to enjoy a the quite sounds of the ocean. Forest Beach is a very bike friendly community. Rent a bike and travel all over the island or up and down the beach. Two bicycles are included with the rental. The resort has an outdoor pool, laundry room on each floor and an elevator. The rental comes with use privileges to the Spinnaker Health and Fitness center, which has a full array of exercise equipment and an indoor pool. If you like tennis the Vandermeer Tennis Complex is open to the public and just a block down the street and has covered courts for those rainy days. Of course Hilton Head Island is know for it golf courses that dot the island at every corner and plenty of boating activities are available from the many marina's
The unit has a full kitchen and adjoining Living/Dining area, two full baths and a balcony. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully furnished, air conditioned and heated with clean and updated appliances.. All summer booking must be 7 full days with a Saturday check-in. Summer rates start at $1500/wk plus taxes. In addition to the base nightly rates, all bookings incur a Housekeeping Fee of $200, Flipkey Booking fee of 12% and SC Tax of 11%. There is also a $200 fully refundable damages deposit that is returned to you 5 days after check out. These items will all be reflected in the total price quoted when using the FlipKey quote request function.

“Wonderful Location”
Our family loved our vacation in HHI! Perfect location-- basically on the beach. Nice walk to local shops and restaurants. Clean and well-kept. We'll definitely be back!
